Official Rules
  1. Sponsor. Frost Lab, 17521 Railroad St, Suite H, City of Industry, CA 91748.
  2. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
  3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, distributors, and advertising or promotion agencies, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, wherever they live) and household members of each, and any person with inside knowledge of the mystery flavor or of this promotion, are automatically excluded and not eligible.
  4. Entry period. Entries are accepted through July 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, or until a winning entry is verified on each platform, whichever comes first.
  5. How to enter. (1) Post a public video, 30 seconds or longer, on TikTok or Instagram guessing one or more of the three new Frost Lab experiments (Experiments 002, 003 and 004). (2) Tag @frostlab.usa and include #frostlabmystery in the caption. (3) Submit the entry form on this page with your details, video link and guesses.
  6. Four prizes. Three (3) flavor prizes of $200 USD each — one per mystery experiment, awarded to the first eligible entrant on either platform to correctly guess that experiment. One (1) grand prize of $1,000 USD to the first eligible entrant whose single video correctly names all three experiments; a grand-prize winner is not additionally eligible for the individual flavor prizes. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform and a maximum of one (1) prize per person.
  7. Winner determination. For each prize, the first eligible entrant to submit a verified video that correctly names the exact product(s) and meets all requirements wins, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on submission timestamp. Sponsor's decisions are final.
  8. Content license. By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute your submitted video, name, and social handle for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
  9. Prize & payment. Each prize is $1,000 USD, paid by check mailed to the verified winner. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and/or receive a Form 1099. Prizes are non-transferable.
  10. Winner benefit — experiments for life. In addition to the cash prize, each verified winner will receive one (1) unit of each new Frost Lab product release at no charge for as long as the brand operates. This benefit is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to exclusions and limitations (for example, limited-edition, wholesale-only, or collaboration releases, and reasonable quantity, shipping, and availability limits), which Sponsor may determine, modify, or discontinue at any time in its sole discretion.
  11. Notification. Potential winners will be contacted via the email/phone or social handle provided and must respond and confirm eligibility within seven (7) days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
  12. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer this promotion in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
  13. Conduct. Entries that are unlawful, offensive, infringe third-party rights, or violate platform terms may be disqualified. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned.
  14. Release. By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability arising from the promotion or prize, to the extent permitted by law.
  15. Platform disclaimer. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.
